Story
I never thought I'd say this, but I'm running the London Marathon in 2024! It's been a journey to get here - just a few months ago, I couldn't run for more than two minutes. But with regular training, I've been steadily building up my miles. There's still a long way to go, and I'm feeling nervous, but I know it will all be worth it.
I was lucky enough to get a ballot place in the marathon, but I want to use this opportunity to do something more. That's why I'm fundraising for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. This charity is close to my heart because my Auntie was diagnosed with MS 25 years ago. She's been fortunate enough to live a full and independent life, but she's had her share of difficulties along the way - mobility and vision problems that have made life challenging at times.
Your donations will go towards developing new treatments or even a cure for this debilitating disease. And they'll also help me keep going through those dark and cold early morning runs! Thank you so much for your support.
