Beers & Cheers for Coram - Abbey and Jemma take on London Marathon 2025

Abbey, the 'seasoned marathoner', and Jemma (the one who's more in it for the beers) are taking on the 2025 London Marathon for Coram.
Jemma swore she’d never run a full marathon, sticking to half marathons with a refreshing pint in hand afterward. But the London Marathon, well, it would be rude not too? It’s a bucket list race, so she’s lacing up and secretly counting the post-race beers already.
Abbey, on the other hand, has run a few marathons, but never London (they have rejected her for 10 years, rude). So what better way to make it extra special than by running it with her mate and fellow Run Dusty captain, Jemma, and fundraising for a great cause together?
We're running London 2025 for Coram, which is the UK's first and oldest children's charity. They have worked tirelessly to improve children's chances in life since they were founded 285 years ago. Today, they do amazing work to champion children's rights and wellbeing, helping make the lives of children and young people better through legal support, expert advocacy, adoption services and therapeutic, educational and cultural programmes.
We’d love for you to support our marathon journey – any donation, big or small, will help Coram continue its incredible work. And hey, if you donate enough, maybe we'll even run a bit faster... or at least promise to save you a post-race beer! 🎉
