As many of my friends and family know, throughout my childhood and teenage years I really struggled with my mental health.

My younger sister Ells has also had a really tough battle with mental health. Watching my girl go through this at such a young age has been heartbreaking and I want to do whatever I can to help her and help others like her going through the same thing.
