With the current cost-of-living crisis, thousands of people are expected to turn to The Salvation Army for help this winter. In over 650 communities across the UK, we will be doing all we can for them, whatever their circumstances.

Story

This Christmas, the St Peters sixth form netball team swapping out our usual competitive vibes for something a little more festive and heartwarming—a charity netball match in support of the Salvation Army! Their message really struck a chord with us: “This Christmas, we want to reach out to the people who are suffering the most by bringing joy and hope into their lives.” So, we’re grabbing our Santa hats, decking the court with holiday cheer, and playing our hearts out to raise money for an incredible cause. Whether it’s helping to provide gifts, warm meals, or a safe haven for those in need, we want to make sure no one feels left out this holiday season. It’s all about coming together, having some fun, and sprinkling a little extra Christmas magic where it’s needed most!
