INTRODUCING HURACAN

The Huracan Foundation (THF) began with a Sunday league team playing in London’s parks, Huracan FC London. Inspired by the connection with fans of Club Atlético Huracán in Argentina, they embarked on an incredible journey.

Fast forward ten years to 2023, and they have developed a proven model for empowering inspirational teachers to use football as a tool for driving change across the world.

WHY I'M A TRUSTEE

THF uses the universal language of football to inspire, educate and create a better world for all. If you know me, you can guess how proud I am to be connected to this charity!

WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED...

This year we will support our first-ever project working with an indigenous population in Chaco, Argentina, continue to develop our network of projects in Uganda, provide safe spaces for girls and boys to develop their confidence in projects in Peru and Mexico, and use football to improve the education of children in Zimbabwe (our first project in the country).

HOW YOU CAN HELP

I'll be riding 68 miles to celebrate THF's achievements in the last 10 years. If you want me to have a 'happy' birthday, please donate a few pounds to make my 8+ laps of Richmond Park more enjoyable (especially as the weather is not looking favourable!)
