Fundraising for The Natashas Project
There is an estimated 50 million people trapped in modern slavery worldwide with 122,000 in the UK alone. Modern slavery is not a historic problem and is happening here today, in every part of the UK.
The Natashas Project uses dance as a powerful tool to raise awareness of modern slavery and exploitation, support survivors, and creatively educate young people about these critical issues and broader themes, empowering them to protect themselves and others.
A group of us are joining in the 5k for Freedom February challenge to support The Natashas Project to continue their important work! Every penny raised will be DOUBLED through their match funding campaign, making your impact even greater.
We will be meeting in Verulamium Park at midday on Tuesday 18th February to participate in a group 5k run, to raise funds for The Natashas Project anti-slavery initiatives and survivors projects. With your support, we can help tackle this heartbreaking issue and make a huge impact! Together, we’re working towards a world free from exploitation and empowering survivors to rebuild their lives.
Join us in championing freedom by coming along, sharing this link, or donating below. Donations, support, and words of encouragement truly do make the world of difference- thank you!
