The 4 Bold Blondes are Trish Smout, Lindsey Norman, Nicola Brown and Emily Delamere who will be braving an Abseil down Millennium Point Building in Birmingham to raise money for the Samaritans

The building is a massive 110 feet (33 metres) high and we are not the biggest fans of height!

Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK or Ireland takes their own life. In the next hour, the Samaritans will respond to almost 400 calls for help.
