As we near the kick-off for the Euros, we decided to attempt to bring back the tradition of England-parodied classic songs. They used to be brilliant, and it feels like despite the interest in football being sky-high, the community we experienced growing up has fallen to the sideline.

We can't promise the 'brilliant'. But we're hoping to get the ball rolling on bringing the music back. And ideally revitalise a next generation who have no idea who '4-4-2' were or the brilliance of John Barnes rapping.

We were keen for this to be just about the football, and because of that all proceeds from the song, if there are any, will go to the Free Kicks Foundation, who help sick, bereaved or deserving children and young adults, by organising unique football experiences and unforgettable day outs.
