I've been a long distance cyclist for many years now, I have done many cycle sportives ranging from 100 miles to 200 miles in a day, and several long distance events over several days, I am always looking for the next challenge and came across 'The Lap of Anglia' which is 435 miles over 4 days, what an amazing event for such a worthy cause.

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a 365-day-a-year helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk. We exist to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air to seriously ill or injured people in the region. We do not receive regular direct government funding and the £17 million we need to raise this year comes directly from charitable donations. We are only kept airborne thanks to our incredible supporters. Thank you.
