This year Ash will be dragging me out of running retirement as we complete the Barnsley 10k to raise money for Barnsley hospice. We recently found out that the amazing people at the hospice have to fundraise £3.5 million each year to provide their vital services for the people of Barnsley and decided it’s a cause that’s well worth dusting off my sports bra and letting Ash go into full coaching mode for.
