Story

This year myself, Rob and Max, Poppy & Ella are taking part in Every Day in May 4 Dravet - where we'll run / walk / cycle 5km / 2km every single day throughout the month of May. That's a huge 155km / 62km in total!

We're aiming to raise £500 for Dravet Syndrome UK, to support their vital work in bringing hope to families living with Dravet Syndrome through support, education and medical research. To find out more about their work, visit www.dravet.org.uk.

For anyone who knows me well, you will know that consistency in sport is not my speciality so this is going to take quite a lot of effort to complete! But we decided as a family that it is the least we can do to raise funds for such an amazing charity which supports a family close to the Livertons' hearts and many more people out there living with Dravet (best described as a life-limiting form of epilepsy) on a daily basis. That takes consistency to another level.

We are going to need all the support and encouragement we can get to keep us going through this almighty challenge so please dig deep to spur us on. All donations, no matter how big or small, are greatly appreciated and make such a huge difference. Thanks for your support!
