CAN YOU HANDLE THE HEAT?

Apparently a Firewalk is the ultimate test of courage as you walk on hot embers at a mean temperature of 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit! Maria Tidy said to me that there are No tricks or special effects; just you and the fire so challenge your mind and soles and do something incredible for the Sheltered Work Opportunities Project.

I would not be doing this if it wasn't for such a great charity and as Chair of the Trustees we are all so proud of every Volunteer, Friend and Team member.

We all know someone that sadly suffers with their mental health and one thing that I have learnt is that it could be any one of us.
