As most of our friends and family know, our beautiful Poppy came along last year and surprised us with a Down’s Syndrome diagnosis. If it wasn't for the support we received from the Portsmouth DSA we are unsure where we would be today. They have been incredible in providing lots of help and support to not just us but many other families.
