Event: Edinburgh Marathon Festival Half Marathon 2024, on 26 May 2024
On Sunday 26th May 2024 our incredible team of runners are taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival in support of good mental health for all.

Story

Please join me in supporting the Mental Health Foundation as I participate in the Edinburgh half Marathon 2024. The Mental Health Foundation is leading the way in prevention and addressing the root causes of mental health problems, so that individuals and communities can thrive.

Mental health has impacted people close to me and I want to do my bit to help such an important cause. It affects how we think, feel and act. Mental health can be hard to find and see in people, as everyone say they are fine when they aren’t. Life is never easy but together we can help each other out. To people out there who may be struggling - please reach out to someone. Everyone is open to hear your story.

With your help and support I hope I can reach my goal of raising £300 and make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health challenges.

Together, let's show our support for this incredible cause and make a positive impact on mental health. Thank you for your generosity and support!

I am also a message away 🙂

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.
