The Big C is a Norfolk-based cancer charity, who do amazing work. Over the past year Jessica and Annabel have been running regularly and this December they will be taking part in the Jingle Jangle family fun run through Thetford forest in aid of the charity.

I am so proud of both the girls for their running efforts - especially Jessica, as for various reasons she doesn't find running easy - and it would be lovely if you could show your support for them by making a donation towards The Big C.
