Celebrating 20 years of the Cardiff Half Marathon. Tŷ Hafan are thrilled to have just over 100 runners taking part to fundraise and make a difference to children in Wales and their families with a life-shortening condition.

I’m ( Louise Furneaux) running the half marathon on Sunday 1st October, running to raise money for Ty Hafan .
