I am running the London Marathon 2024 to raise money for Spinal Research!

Spinal Research is the UK's leading charity funding research around the world to develop effective treatments for Spinal Cord Injury. They exist to beat paralysis and believe in a future where it is no longer a life sentence.

There was a long period where little progress was made finding effective treatment for Spinal Cord Injury. But in recent years tremendous medical advances have been made and these advances are starting to have a large positive impact on the lives of people who suffer from Spinal Cord injuries. There is strong momentum in this area.

Together with my colleagues ('The LEAP team') we are raising money to help fund the research needed to take these medical advances to the next level, and to do our bit to help those members of the community who are impacted by Spinal Cord injury and paralysis.
