About PAC Therapy
PAC is a registered charity based in Carlisle. We provide free 1:1 face to face therapy for children and young people in Cumbria who are struggling with mental health, emotional and/or interpersonal issues. Our therapies include Art, Music & Talking therapy with qualified accredited professionals.
