Story
Our daughter Yasmin was diagnosed with leukaemia on August 22, 2012, a few weeks after her second birthday and six weeks after the birth of her baby brother Isaac. After the initial shock subsided a little, we knew we wanted to do something positive.
As Andrew is a professional photographer and I am a writer, we decided to create a blog to document our lives over the next two years of treatment. (www.ourlifewithleukaemia.blogspot.co.uk/) We want everyone who reads the blog to make a donation - no matter how small - to raise money for the amazing work at Great Ormond Street Hospital where Yasmin is undergoing treatment.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
