About Orkney Marine Mammal Research Initiative (OMMRI)
We are a marine conservation charity, working with our local community to ensure marine mammals are valued and given the protection they deserve. We undertake research and collate data, in partnership with residents, to encourage stewardship that utilises an evidence based approach to protection.
