Hi all!

This week's charity is Friends of the Family Winchester. Friends of the Family supports vulnerable families in Winchester. They run several projects, supporting in different ways; befriending focus children between 5 and 13, a dads support group, and a project providing support to mums with pre-school children. While the mums meet with a trained psychotherapist their children are cared for by a play leader and an amazing group of volunteers.

These last weeks have been especially hard for the families involved, with group and individual meetings on Zoom and other creative support. 

My lovely mother, Karen, is the Chair of Trustees at Friends of the Family so I know how much of a wonderful charity this is and I am so happy to be supporting them this week.
