About Not Just You - Sexual Violence Survivors' Community
We provide peer support groups, education around trauma and sexual violence and holistic therapies such as drama therapy and trauma yoga. We believe that survivors heal best within a supportive community where they are empowered to understand the nature of this violence and encouraged to find a sense of agency whilst helping each other.
