Many of you may know my story through my website widowsdontwearblack.com but many of you may not. My husband Colin died on the 25th of February, 2012. His heart packed up after a game of tennis one normal Saturday afternoon and his death has been attributed to Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or SADS. He was just 38 years old. He left myself and our two baby girls behind. They were nine weeks old and 22 months when he died.  

I want to do something positive to celebrate his life and make his little girls proud. What would have been his 40th birthday falls upon the date of the Edinburgh Half Marathon so Colin's best friends and I and many others are running for the British Heart Foundation in memory of a most charming man, one that we all miss dreadfully. 

Please give as much or as little as you can to help research into this condition.
