About New Earswick Nature Reserve
New Earswick Nature Reserve is an educational nature reserve recently taken over by a group of Trustees on the remains of a former brick works on the outskirts of the village.
Most of the work is done by volunteers and the Reserve is a tranquil heaven to many species.
