We train amazing hearing dogs to transform the lives of deaf people

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last June we lost our amazing Pyrenean dog, Bali and since then Julie has been filling the, lets be honest,  massive void with various activities, including helping with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.

So I am putting down/aside my abject but understandable, terror of heights and chucking myself out of an airplane on 18 July, over Old Sarum Airfield. It will be fine. Advice from my son was 'if it doesn't open (parachute) land on your knees as this gives the best chance'. So that's all good then.

Fortunately I'm strapped to an expert, but to be honest I'm not sure which is the weirdest scenario - leaping into air with little more than a glorified handkerchief to break the fall, or being strapped to a complete stranger, who for a short time will be my best mate, ever.

So please, I, and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People would appreciate any sponsorship money you feel like donating, and please feel free to 'share' this link.

Thank you, Neil.
