This Friday May 3rd I will be cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours, in aid of the charity WWF-UK, my company’s chosen charity this year, and I’d like you to donate to them in my honour.
WWF is a charity which seeks to promote environmentally conscious behaviour and sustainable living in order to improve the future of our planet and it’s inhabitants, something which I feel is incredibly important.
Most of the people who know me are aware of how much I love cycling, and how I often go off on epic cycling adventures, so how will this one be any different? Well, I’ve never cycled 320 kilometres in one go before, so that’ll be new to me. Plus I’ll be supporting 4 team mates, who are also fundraising for WWF-UK, so for that I hope to be a worthy member in our fundraising efforts.
Also, I’d like to be able to say that I’ve had a pint of beer in London, and then rode my bike to Paris for a glass of wine, all in the same day.
So for my efforts, I’d like you to buy me a drink, by way of donating it’s cost to the WWF on my fundraising page.
Cheers!
