About Nations Together
We support a community of people living in the Hai district of Tanzania, East Africa, employing local staff to run the Activity Centre, supporting and empowering people with learning disabilities, through person-centred planning, to feel fulfilled and become safely integrated into the communities they live.
We aim to encourage social inclusion, respect and acceptance through raising the awareness and understanding of inclusion in the community. The activities may include: music, art & crafts, numeracy & literacy, vocational skills and social outings with the community.
