Story

Nathan Howson, from Rotherham, died on July 15 following a bleed on his brain due to an undiagnosed condition. Nathan was known for his kindness, generosity and for his love of animals. Incredibly he has continued helping others even after his sudden death.

As they were given the devastating news that they would lose their son, Nathan’s parents Donna and Neil were faced with a tragic decision that no parents should ever have to make. They learned that Nathan’s organs could save the lives of other people suffering from a variety of illnesses, and the couple gave permission for them to be used.

One of the fantastic services that provided support for Nathan and his family during this tragic time was Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. Now, in honour of Nathan and to help ensure other children and their families who are ever in need of their support , Nathan's parents wish to help raise funds for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice and need your support.
