Story

I have signed up for the Kiltwalk - to walk 22.7 miles on Sunday 27 April to give back to the amazing charity that is Calums Cabin who are currently supporting my super hero of a nephew Angus 🦸🏼‍♂️while he goes through his treatment providing the family a beautiful home from home in the hardest of times.

Sadly we don’t hear much about incredible charities like this until it affects someone close.

Calum’s Cabin support families in many ways:

🧡 Utilities for our 12 Glasgow flats, providing a ‘home from home’ base close to hospital. This allows families to continue living together during their Child’s treatment and help take a little bit of weight off care givers shoulders to focus on their child’s treatment.

🧡 Providing respite holidays for up to 180 families a year. This costs on average £180,000 per year.

🧡 Providing thousands of snacks to oncology wards accross Scotland.

🧡 Providing over 600 gifts at Easter and Christmas to Oncology wards. Not to mention contributing to the Schiehallion wards ‘fairy box’ gifts.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated 🦸🏼‍♂️🤍
