Words can't express how thankful I am for YouthLine's support.
I am so grateful for them pairing me up with the most kind and caring counsellor, Sue. The support she provided me with over the last few years has made such an impact on my life.

Baking is something I am passionate about, however when I am feeling numb, it can be very hard to motivate myself to do the things I love. Sue reminded me that baking can be a creative outlet and it can also occupy my mind, allowing me to feel more like myself.

So with that in mind I am going to be whisking my way around the kitchen every week, following along with bake off and providing the Staff at my workplace with the tasty bakes. 

Setting this challenge allows me to focus on something once a week, pushing myself to carry on and do something I love, as well as raising money for a special charity.

As YouthLine is a free service, I would like to show my love and appreciation for them, whilst also spreading the word about what they have to offer and breaking the stigma around discussing mental health!
