Mum suffered from kidney disease for many years and we're very grateful for the care she received from the kidney unit at the Heath hospital in Cardiff. In lieu of flowers - or just because you were lucky enough to know our mum - we'd be grateful if you felt able to make a donation to this worthwhile charity in mums name.
