Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  My mum had a stroke just before Christmas, shocking and totally out of the blue.  Strokes are indiscriminate and sudden, and they have a devastating effect not only on those who suffer them but on their families as well.  Fortunately my mum is making a fantastic recovery and I'm running this 5k to try and raise some money for the Stroke Association, please give generously. I'm sorry but I can't promise this will be the last time I ask for your support!!
