Story

Asalamualaikum,

Ramadan Food/Covid19 Food Pack Distribution Video - https://youtu.be/d_sHlTP1Mf4

I am currently on the ground in Dadyal, Azad Kashmir. As you all are aware of the COVID-19 which has been declared pandemic. COVID-19 has affected human lives globally and has resulted in more than 100,000 deaths worldwide.

Due to the lockdown around the globe, many people have been heavily affected financially. In 3rd world countries, people don't even have the basic backups, they rely on their daily wages to sustain their families. As Muslims, it is our duty to help each other and ease the difficulties of humanity in the form of charity.

Allah Almighty Says In the Qur’an

"Spend (in charity) out of the sustenance
that We have bestowed on you before that time when death will come to someone, and he shall say: "O my Lord! If only you would grant me reprieve for a
little while, then I would give in charity, and be among the righteous."
 -
The Holy Quran, 63:10

The Beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity." - Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 604

The Beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also said: "Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of
calamity."
 - Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 589

The purpose of this page is to raise funds for food packs for the poor and needy in Dadyal city and surrounding villages. A lot of charities have worked in terms of providing food items to other parts of Azad Kashmir, however, there is a dire need of food items in Dadyal. I have teamed up with Minhaj Welfare Foundation who are working tirelessly and serving humanity since 1989 globally. I will be giving these food packs physically myself.

Each food pack which will cover a household for a month is £25
