This year (2015) our nominated charity is Brain Tumour, Research & Support Across Yorkshire (BTRS). As a team of Personal Trainers many people we know have suffered or are suffering from a brain tumour and we would like to support this amazing charity and the work fabulous work they do! 

After Jenny did a fantastic job biking 180 miles around Yorkshire it is now my turn to help raise money for the incredible charity BTRS. 

Last September I flipped the motive8 tractor tyre 1000 times this year I want to step it up a level and will be flipping it 2000 times on Briggate in Leeds.
