Hey Guys!

At the beginning of this year, I was involved in an assault that resulted in me giving up my place at uni and my flat, and moving back home with my mom.

It was an extremely difficult time but I am lucky to have amazingly supportive friends and family.  I was able to move away and restart my life. I got a new job and threw myself into my sport and training. Most people don't have these opportunities, which is why Rape Crisis need all the support they can get. 

No-one should have to deal with sexual assault by themselves.

This year I am competing in Blenheim Triathlon on June 3rd and London Triathlon on August 4th in the hope to raise awareness and money for a well deserving charity.
