Story
I am 57 yrs old and have had two clear Prostate Cancer tests . If I do not raise any money from my personal challenge I hope I encourage someone to take a test,
My Challenge is to walk 6 miles every day for the month of February. February is the shortest month but has it challenges like cold, snow rain dark mornings and nights.
I have chosen 6 miles because it furthered that am currently doing, between 2 miles and 4 miles daily.
The hard days for me will be Monday and Wednesday as both are busy Evenings where I could struggle. I am aming to get up early and walk to work and walk home ( except Monday & Wednesday) .
So if you see this on social media please share , it might be you, or your Dad or Brother, uncle, Brother in Law. If you are a lady add in Husband who might be unlucky in life
Its better to be tested rather than wait for some more obvious systems. Someone dies every 45mins so 2 every football or rugby game.
take a look at the website https://www.prostatecanceruk.org/ for more info.
you could donate .05p a mile and that's about a £1.00 I will be happy.
Please ask Male members of family over 50 if they have been checked
