As you know, I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

I am blessed that we have a local charity that operates a Hospice at Home service, so that I can be cared for and enjoy my final days at home surrounded by my loved ones.

I want to help others to have this same facility, so I would value any contribution you can make to this very worthy cause. Anything you can give no matter how small. It all helps them.

This is actually a cause I have supported myself in the past when I was healthy because I believe it is so vital.
