Michael Harman is raising money for Manchester Children's Critical Care Fund

In memory of Kristian Gent

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I am taking part in this years Great Manchester Run (10k) on Sunday 17th May 2009 in memory of Kristian Gent, who tragically passed away on 16th Aug 2008.

The care and love Kristian and his family received at the Pendlbury Childrens Hospital Critical Care Unit was inspiring. I will be taking part with Dave Gent and other colleagues to help raise as much money as possible to help the unit achieve their goal of purchasing a mobile scanner, so that very sick children can be diagnosed quickly, thereby increasing their chances of recovery.

Many of the sickest children in the North West receive life saving care in the Critical Care Unit of Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. We want these children to receive the very best care possible. The money we raise will be used to provide the staff with access the very latest equipment and training in order to achieve this aim.
