We provide bespoke autism-specific services to support autistic people in NE England

Story

Please join us in celebrating and commemorating the life of Amy Clayton - beloved daughter, granddaughter, niece and friend - who sadly passed away too soon, at the age of 30, in November 2022.

Amy was a beautiful and loving soul, who cared deeply about her family and friends, and the causes that were nearest and dearest to her heart.

She was also an opinionated and mischievous little imp, whom we all loved dearly. Among many other things, Amy loved vintage fashion, music and dancing, ancient Egyptian history, animals and, as anyone who ever met her will know all too well, Harry Potter.

Several years ago, Amy was diagnosed as autistic, and was incredibly passionate about educating others about the experience of being neurodivergent, and the importance of proper accommodations and equalities.

We - her friends from university - would like to invite you to join us in donating to the North East Autistic Society, in her memory and in tribute to her adopted home of Newcastle, which welcomed her with open arms when she needed it the most.
