I've decided to raise money for Adoption UK by running 10k through the streets of London on July 6th. I've been training hard on the flat fenland farm tracks of Cambridgeshire (also know as fenrunning), and would be grateful if you could sponsor me.
I've now completed the 10k run (along with 26,000 other people so it was a bit crowded!) I managed to complete the 10km in 47mins and 5 seconds; thanks to everyone who sponsored me and especially those of you that came to cheer me on.
