The story so far

The Challenge -The Merlin Ride is 70 Miles over proper Welsh hills. And admittedly I don't bare much resemblance to Lance Armstong. So it’s going to be "dead hard", as they say over by 'ere.

Preparation -Training is going well so far, I have just completed 7 days intensive training in Gran Canaria.....at the infinite buffet!! So that’s the nutrition sorted.

On a more serious note, Why? Ty Hafan.
