Story

We have had the great pleasure of meeting the Box Clever team, the young actors they have developed, and the wonderful professional directors and other creatives who give of their time.

We have seen Box Clever work with young people and we have seen them perform. Everything they do is of the utmost quality on a par with anything we have seen at Stratford upon Avon or the West End and they bring this quality into the lives of young people who experience not only the wonder of live performance but gain an understanding of the production of live theatre.

Most of all, we have seen the faces of the young people as they see, for  example, an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet that really speaks to them or as they explore what Mary Shelley was saying in Frankenstein's Monster.

It was because of our respective schools that we grew to understand the importance and relevance of drama and live performance.  We are passionate that Box Clever can continue to ensure that this generation of young people can grow in the same way.
