Ataxia Telangiectasia (“A-T”) is a complex genetic disease which affects many parts of the body and causes severe disability at an early age. The symptoms include lack of balance, slurred speech and more than normal infections.

There is no cure or treatment for A-T.

The A-T Society is a small national charity that funds first class scientific research to find a cure for ataxia telangiectasia as well as plays a key role in supporting families with affected children.
