Its that time again! Mom and I are airing our running shoes in preparation for the Glasgow 10k (we also may well be doing a bit of training at some point), and as usual I'm determined not to be shown up...

This year we're running for Medecins Sans Frontieres, an independent international medical humanitarian organisation working in areas of conflict, epidemic and natural disaster.

On the whole we're pretty motivated ladies but we'd love a bit of support so if you've got some spare cash put it our way! It'll all be worth it when you see the photos.
