On Sunday 28th October 2012, i will be running a half marathon  to help raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

I have decided on Leaukaemia & Lymphoma Research for my chosen charity because my Father-in-Law sadly lost his battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in June this year after a long fight, and without the help of this fantastic charity he may not of been able to receive the treatment he did.

Their life-saving research is focused on finding causes, improving diagnosis and treatments, and running ground-breaking clinical trials for all blood cancer patients.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we had been in touch with this charity as my Sister-in-Laws Father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkinsons Lymphoma in 2009 and sadly passed away in 2010.

As you can see this charity is really close to my heart so please dig deep  and give what you can, LLR are the only UK Charity soley dedicated to research into blood cancers including Leaukeamia, Lymphoma and Myeloma so your money will be used to help find a cure for all these diseases and improve the quality of life for all patients.
