This page has been set up in support of my late Mum, Margaret Ritchie, who enjoyed a successful career as a Nurse and Nursing Manager then, later in retirement, went on to be a Carer to my late Step Father, Billy Ritchie. 

In this she was supported by Carers of West Lothian, a non-profit organisation set up by Carers to support Carers. What could be more fitting and beneficial than to support those who support others? By doing this we all benefit, for we all require care sometimes.
