We provide UK-wide support and information to improve life after brain injury

Story

In 2016 I tried a different sport every week for the whole year; 52 sports, 30 of which I had never played before. 

My review of the year:

Top three: Basketball, Real Tennis and Track Cycling
Best newcomer: Spikeball
Toughest: Man vs Horse Cross Country run
Failed: Karting
Nailed: Netball
Most painful: Shin kicking
Most embarrassing: Gymnastics
Strangest: Underwater hockey
Most welcoming: Boxing
Most likely to keep playing: Squash, and lawn bowls in about 30 years time

Proudest moment: bagging a long-range hoop at croquet
