This year I have chosen this charity to try to raise as much money and awareness as possible to this wonderful cause which is life changing to many families across the country.

Bravehound supports former servicemen, women and their families in Scotland. Bravehound provide assistance dogs and training to veterans who have a clinical diagnosis of a mental health condition such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression and anxiety.
