This is a cause close to both gerry and my own families hearts after seeing first hand the effect this can have on people's lives.

Running was definately out of the equation so walking it was, so I recruited a walking buddy in the shape of Andrea Gilmour ( who also has a just giving page at the following link http://www.justgiving.com/Andrea-Gilmour )

We decided to push ourselves and register not or the 1 or 5  but the 10 mile walk this from the person who last year couldn't walk the length of herself. It's for a great cause that is sometimes forgotten about so it will be well worth the effort :))
