Story
Most of you who know me will know that I have done Race for Life quite a few times. This year, I decided to change things up a little and do the Pretty Muddy version which involves obstacles and lots of mud apparently!!
This year, unlike other years that I've completed the race, I intend to run as much of it as possible!
I always run in memory of my lovely granddad who passed away from cancer when I was a baby. Apparently, my visits to the hospital as a baby with my mum kept my granddad's spirits high... especially learning to blow raspberries!
Sadly, in the last year, friends of ours have also been affected by cancer in the most devastating way and so I cannot take part this year without also thinking of those people.
I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. Please join the fight by digging deep and sponsoring me - it's quick, easy and totally secure.
Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring me, we will beat cancer sooner.
Don't forget to add Gift Aid
